Registration Policy for 2016

In previous years, the TBSMC has had a strict deadline that was unforgiving. If you didn’t get your entry in on time, I’m sorry, but I couldn’t help you.

Last yea, and again this year, I’ve implemented a new policy. Instead of mild threats of losing the ability to compete, I’m using the wallet as a motivator. The early registration deadline is Sept, 18th. Until then, the entry fee is $80. On Sept 19 at 12:01AM, the price will increase to $100. That price will be good until Wednesday Oct 12. After that, until the day before the show, the price will be $120 and a shirt/competitor bag is not guaranteed

Finally, if you feel you would like to wait until the day of the event to enter, NO PROBLEM. That will be $125 (cash) and, once again, you aren’t guaranteed a competitor’s bag, with approximately $60-80 worth of SWAG and product from our sponsors.

So, it’s up to you to decide how much you’d like to pay to compete in the nationally renown Tampa Bay Strongman Classic.

The entry form will be live this week, but if you wish to reserve your spot, you can enter via PayPal now and fill out your entry form when it’s released.

5 days left until the price goes up… AGAIN!

ticking-time-bomb In just five short days, the price to enter the Attorney Fran Haasch 2015 Tampa Bay Strongman Classic goes up again. This time, it will cost you an extra 15 dollars if you want to compete with some of the strongest athletes in the southeastern United States. Don’t be “that you”, be sure to get your entry form AND payment in before Saturday night. We are at 43 athletes as of today (10/5), so there are still a few spots left. Enter by clicking the “pay now” button to the right AND emailing your entry form to TampaBaySMC@gmaill.com

See you at Quaker Steak & Lube on October 24, 2015.

PS: Hotel rooms are still available and run $79/night. The hotel is located on the venue grounds, so no travel is needed on event day!

Welcome 50 Legs to the Strongman Family

Reposted from the personal FB of the show’s promoter, Donnie Kiernan

NewLogo_20121022B_300w[1]“I have some big news regarding the Attorney Fran Haasch presents the 2015 Tampa Bay Strongman Classic. Unfortunately, the Sand Soldiers of America, our charitable benefactor for the previous 3 years has disbanded. Yvette personally thanked the show, sponsors and athletes for the support shown from the conception of the event. As with every ending, there is a new beginning and the same is true now. My old friend Steve Chamberland has graciously accepted my offer to have 50 Legs.org be the beneficiary of this years event. 50 Legs assists amputees (mostly children and veterans) acquire prosthetics, in order to improve their quality of life after a traumatic experience. I look forward to working with Steve, his staff and the veterans hes helped throughout the years on October 24th at Quaker Steak and Lube Clearwater, FL !”
